Every good skin care regimen should look like this:

YOUR 20S

  • Eye cream is key in your twenties. Purchase one that is rich in texture and extend it out to the temple are, where fine lines are the first to form.
  • Cell turnover begins to slow and dead skin cells are not as easily shed, which can lead to a dull, lifeless complexion. Exfoliating products will help slough off the dead cells and reveal the fresh, healthy skin underneath.
  • Eat foods rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and amino acids to increase the hydration of your skin.

YOUR 30S

  • Your skin is just beginning to show signs of wrinkles and irregular pigmentation at this age. It’s important to use products with antioxidants topically and internally to help minimize future damage.

YOUR 40S, 50S, AND BEYOND
