How to apply fake eyelashes?

1. Curl your lashes.

2. Apply on oblong bead of adhesive glue onto the length of the lash strip. Strips come in various different sizes, from a full set of lashes to singles. If you are working with a full strip, cut it in half. It’s much less difficult to work with half a strip, while singles lashes are the easiest to maneuver. Use a gel-based flue as opposed to latex, which can create a film on the lid.

3. Let the glue dry for a few seconds before you apply the lashes so it becomes tacky; this makes application easier. Tilt your head back a bit and apply the lashes with tweezers, aiming for the center of your upper lash line. Get right into the lash line so there is no space between the falsies and your natural lashes. “Try to keep looking down until the flue has set to avoid getting glue onto your eyelids. Make any adjustments before the glue sets.

4. Go over your lash line with a thin line of liquid liner if you see any space between your lash line and the false lashes.

5. Curl the combination of you natural lashes with the false lashes.

6. Apply mascara, grabbing the false lashes and your natural lashes through the wand together. The mascara will gel them together, giving you a unified look.
